Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what we do

Royal Korea Medical (로열 코리아 메디컬, business registration no. 463-39-01592) provides travel concierge services in the Republic of Korea as a registered general travel business (종합여행업): airport reception, chauffeured transport, hotel coordination, interpreters, and lifestyle arrangements.

2. Not a medical provider

We are not a medical institution. We do not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we do not recommend, refer or broker patients to hospitals or clinics. Any medical care is arranged directly between you and a licensed medical institution of your choice, and all medical fees are billed by that institution directly to you. We do not collect or handle money for medical services.

3. Quotes, payment and refunds

Each trip is confirmed by a written quote listing the services, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms. Prices are fixed in the quote. Cancellations and refunds follow the terms in your quote and applicable Korean consumer protection law. Costs we have already paid to third parties (for example hotels or vehicles) may be non-refundable according to those providers' policies, and we will show them to you.

4. Vehicle capacity and child seats

The standard package includes one chauffeured vehicle. Our guide sits in the front seat, so one vehicle carries up to four adults, or three adults and one child, with the rear space used for luggage. For safety, each vehicle carries at most one child safety seat. If your party is larger, needs two or more child seats, or has more luggage than one vehicle can safely hold, an additional vehicle is required at the price stated in your quote.

5. Expenses paid on your behalf

If you ask us to book or pay for local services during your stay (for example taxis, restaurants or deliveries), we will list each cost on a final invoice in your quote's currency, together with any service fee stated in your quote, and you agree to pay it on receipt.

6. Conduct and termination

We may end our services if a guest is abusive or threatening toward our staff, interpreters or drivers, or asks for anything illegal under Korean law. In that case, charges for services already provided and costs already incurred remain payable.

7. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in Seoul, unless the law gives you the right to another court.
