Royal Korea Medical ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws.

1. Information we collect

Name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, nationality, travel dates, party size, accommodation and transport preferences, and information you choose to send us. We ask you not to send health or medical records.

2. Purpose

To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, plan and deliver travel concierge services, issue invoices, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Retention

We delete personal information when the purpose is fulfilled, generally within 1 year after your trip ends, except records we must keep by law (e.g. contract, payment and consumer-dispute records under Korean e-commerce/tax law).

4. Sharing & processors

We share only what is necessary with service providers needed for your trip (e.g. hotels, drivers, interpreters) and with tools we use: Calendly (scheduling), Google (email), Cloudflare (website hosting). Some may process data outside Korea. We do not sell personal information.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your information by contacting us.

6. Security

We use access controls and reputable providers with encryption in transit.

7. Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Embedded third-party services (e.g. Calendly) may set their own cookies.
